RETURN POLICY:
If 7 days have past since your purchase returns, refunds, or exchanges, will not be available. As for return eligibility your order must:
A: Not have been used
B: Must have same packaging
C: Must be return eligible product.
If your purchase meets those requirements, you are able to return the product, but you are not able to return a product because of poor hand feel.
If you meet these terms you must contact HolySwitch support. You are expected to purchase your own shipping label to the provided address, and ship in the original packaging. If it arrives broken, or damaged, or not at all, from the shipping company, you will not receive a refund. We advice you to send it with an insured label in case this does happen, to claim insurance.
REFUND POLICY WITH SHIPPING INCIDENTS:
If your insured package arrives damaged, broken, or is missing, please contact Route shipping insurance. If you did not purchase shipping insurance, HolySwitch will be unable to help you with your order and we advise you to contact the shipping company. (In most cases, USPS.)
ORDER CANCELLATION:
Group buy orders are non-refundable, non-returnable, and may not be cancelled due to the nature of a group buy.
Other products may be cancelled before they are fulfilled but it is on a case by case basis, and we advise you to contact HolySwitch at our support page.
